This product is entering adulthood. It has a light colour appearance, from slightly straw yellow to pale golden.
Friable and grainy.
To olfactory analysis milk, vegetable and flower scents are prevailing. To gustatory analysis, it tastes elegantly soluble, with the right sweet and savoury ratio. The aftertaste returns flower and fruit scents.
Recommended as appetizer as well as main course, dressing and in tastings. Paired with local wine dry Malvasia Candia Colli di Parma, or Lambrusco di Sorbara. For the most demanding palates, either Valpolicella Superiore or Barbaresco DOCG
