Ours is a family-run dairy, producing high quality cheese according to the golden rules of cheese making tradition.
We are located on the hills of Parma’s countryside, in one of the oldest production area of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Every day we repeat the same age-old traditional gestures of artisan cheese making and maturation to obtain a 100% natural product with unmistakeable flavour.
